PISTAHAN sa TABONAN Pistahan sa Tabonan featured 1622 - Unang Usbor Band and their Asi music, Sanrokan (barriofolks brought utan, inaslom and tangkon to supplement the food prepared by the Fiesta Committee), presentation of muses, cultural games (bugsayan, ranguyan and unos-unosan - a treasure hunt under the sea for kids), beach volleyball and raffle draw (major prizes: TV, stand fan and desk fan) and Talks from Chairmen Lyndon Fadri and Rose Fadriquela and Brgy. Yabawon Stalwart Joemel Ferrancol. Fadri, in his talk, challenged barriofolks to make Yabawon one of the most progressive barangays in Banton in the near future - "payabawon ka Yabawon" among the barangays.
Pistahan sa Tabonan was intended to promote the beach and its fish sanctuary.
